Gifts for coworkers are suppose to express professional camaraderie. They are used to build and maintain a healthy work environment, and show that you want to celebrate special occasions with them. Afterall you probably spend more time with your co-workers than you do your own family so it only makes sense to build a solid relationship with them. What better way to do so than by giving them a whole bunch of stuff. Right? We all like to get gifts, but giving them can be a pain. So to relieve some of the ache accompanied with finding great presents I have here tips you will want to read in order to set you in the right direction for choosing the best gifts for your lovely coworkers.

Uniformed gifts If you will be giving gifts to more than 5 people at your job make the gifts pretty general and similar. This will give you the opportunity to buy gifts in bulk which is cheaper and will reduce the stress of having to think of unique individual gifts for everyone in your office.

Organization: Try to give gifts to your co-workers that will assist in making them more organized and productive while on the job. This is a great tip to remember while shopping simply because everyone can be just a little more efficient and tidier when working. Everyone!

Food: Everyone likes to eat so how about as great gifts for coworkers buying snacks for the office or ordering take-out from a local restaurant for lunch. You could also make food from home and bring to work if your skilled at the stove or just take everyone out for happy hour when the work week is up. Gestures like this really build morale in the office and strengthen friendships among colleagues.

Self-Improvement: Give a gift that will last a lifetime. Knowledge and Wisdom. You can do this by giving as gifts to your co-workers self-help books, inspirational cds and dvds or tickets to go see a motivational speaker coming to town.

Gift Exchange Programs: To make things more fun, less complicated and cheaper try to arrange a gift exchange program with your co-workers. You could do a Secret Santa where one person picks the name of another person they will buy a gift for.By doing this you and everyone else won't have to worry about buying rincky-dink gifts for 20 different people.

General Office Gift: Instead of giving individually wrapped items as gifts for coworkers how about getting a general gift for the office which everyone can use. A new wall clock or art piece would be nice or you can be a little extravagant and replace the printer and fax machine that always seems to be breaking down.

Work Fundraiser: If you still have no clue on what to get or no time to get gifts try to donate money to the office fundraiser. You know the little pot or box that is always asking for money to buy new equipment or to throw a party. This will only be a gift however if everyone knows you actually contributed to it. So make it known that you put some money in the office piggy bank.
